摘要 文中以某天线轻量化缝隙波导电讯件为设计基线,以有限元方法迭代求解出缝隙波导模拟件波导管的结构尺寸。通过缝隙波导真实件的模态试验与动力学有限元分析结果对比,两者偏差为5%。在验证了动力学模型的基础上,建立了精确的缝隙波导结构模拟件参数化模型,迭代求解出波导管截面尺寸。缝隙波导结构模拟件与缝隙波导真实件的质量、转动惯量偏差为5%,振动基频偏差为2%,热变形为0.23%。在满足结构星一系列试验要求的同时,节约了75%的生产成本。 In this paper the structural simulation waveguide has been designed with the finite element method and the lightweight slot waveguide with electrical behavior used as the baseline for design. The difference be- tween the modal test and finite element analysis result of the real slot waveguide with electrical behavior is 5%. Based on the dynamic model validation, the accurate parametric model of the structural simulation waveguide has been built up and then the dimensions of the waveguide have been fixed. As the comparison re- sult of the real slot waveguide and the structural simulation waveguide, the bias of mass and the moment of in- ertia is 5% , the bias of fundamental frequencies is 2% and the bias of hot deformation is 0.23%, which means the waveguide simulation prototype can satisfy the full-size structural test requirements and save 75% production cost.
