摘要
频谱分析仪射频电路的实现方式较多,复杂程度各异,达到的指标也不尽相同。文中所述的射频电路实现方式与仿真结果一致,达到了较高的技术指标,具有可生产性好、性价比高等特点。文中对射频前端调理、宽带第一本振(LO)、第一高中频(IF)、跟踪信号源等重点电路的设计方法进行了详细论述。
There are several methods to design the RF circuits of spectrum analyzer. These methods have dif- ferent complexity and different obtained performance. The method described in this article agrees with the sim- ulation results and achieves good performance. Using this method, products can be easily manufactured with high performance to cost ratio. In this article, the design methods of main circuits such as RF front regulation, wide band first local oscillator ( LO), first high intermediate frequency (IF) and tracking generator are dis-cussed in detail.
