摘要
定向耦合器是用来实现信号检测的无源微波组件,插入损耗是其一项重要性能指标,而矩形截面的传输线是低插入损耗同轴宽带定向耦合器的核心零件之一。为了提高该类传输线的表面状态特性,降低插入损耗,根据矩形截面传输线的结构特点,改变了以往采用精密慢走丝线切割加工的传统成型工艺方法,通过高速铣削的引入、工艺装夹方式的改进以及加工参数优化和后处理方式的改进等,实现了超细长矩形截面传输线高速铣削加工成型,在改善零件表面质量的同时,也较大幅度地提高了信号传输性能,取得了满意的效果。
The directional coupler is a passive microwave component applied to detecting signals. And the in- sertion loss is the key parameter of directional coupler. The rectangular section transmission line is one of the critical components in low insertion loss coaxial broadband directional coupler. In order to increase surface properties and reduce insertion loss, a high-speed method based on structural features of transmission line in machining supper long-thin rectangular section transmission line is demonstrated in this paper. This new machining method is better than traditional fine low-speed wire-cutting method in signal transmission qual- ity and surface quality through improving clamping technique, machining parameters and post-treatment process.
