摘要 为定量评估光电对抗装备效能,通过对装备结构和功能的系统分析,建立了光电对抗装备效能评估指标体系和3级模型。采用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,运用模糊综合评价的方法分别对定性指标和定量指标的隶属度进行区分计算,并通过算例验证该模型的具体应用过程。仿真实例证明该方法的可行性和有效性,该方法可应用于其他武器装备效能评估中。 In order to evaluate the efficacy of Photoelectric Countermeasures and Equipments, according to the configuration and function,the evaluation index system and three-level model of Photoelectric Countermeasures and Equipments are established. Method of evaluation is inquired,by using of AHP to confirm the power of every possible element,a fuzzy Synthetic evaluation to differentiate the subjection degree of quantification indexes and quality indexes. The models application process is demonstrated through an example. The example's results show that the method is feasibility and practicability and can be applied to evaluate the efficacy of other weapon systems.
