花园住宅保护性修缮与节能技术应用

Protective Repair and Application of Energy Saving Technology of Garden Estate

摘要 在上海各类历史建筑中,花园住宅的数量最多,鉴于可持续发展的理念,上海花园住宅的修缮工程应融合合适的节能技术,既可达到保护的要求,又能实现降低能耗,提高居住舒适度。文章以美华邨9号别墅为例,研究其修缮与节能技术,并对改造前后建筑的能耗状况等进行评估,通过对比分析,总结工程实践效果,为其他历史花园住宅修缮与节能改造提供参考。 In historical buildings in Shanghai, garden estate is largest in quantity, considering the concept of sustainable development, repair project of garden estate in Shanghai should integrate appropriate energy saving technology, which can not only meet requirements for protection, but also reduce energy consumption, and improve living comfort. Taking Villa 9 in Meihua Community for example, this article studies its repair and energy saving technology, assesses energy consumption of building before and alter transformation, summarizes the effect of project practice by comparative analysis, and provides reference lbr repair and energy saving transformation of other historical garden estate.
