高糖基化人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG-H)是hCG的一种亚型,主要由妊娠早期滋养细胞和滋养细胞肿瘤细胞分泌,能够促进滋养细胞或肿瘤细胞的侵入作用,可以抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡。hCG-H对妊娠和妊娠相关疾病的检查有一定的价值,同时是一种可靠的滋养细胞肿瘤标记物,并能够指导滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗。

Hyperglycosylated hCG is a subtype ofhCG produced by trophoblast cells in early pregnancy and tumor cells. Hyperglycosylated hCG promotes tropboblast invasion in choriocarcinoma, growth of cytotrophoblast cells and placental implan- tation in pregnancy. Hyperglycosylated hCG is a reliable bio-marker of gestational trophoblastic diseases and a valuable marker for Down syndrome screen, hypertensive disorder prediction in pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic tumor management.
