摘要
YKL-40为哺乳动物几丁质酶样蛋白家族成员之一,由巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、软骨细胞、内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及一些恶性肿瘤细胞分泌。通过免疫组化法发现,YKL-40在人体多种组织中有不同程度的表达。健康的年轻人群中,血清YKL-40呈低表达且无性别差异。子宫内膜异位症患者其异位内膜腺体的上皮细胞胞质中,子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜腺上皮细胞胞质以及卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌癌组织中,YKL-40皆呈高表达;在卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌及宫颈癌患者的血清中,YKL-40水平升高,且与生存期缩短相关,治疗前的血清YKL-40水平升高预示着预后不良。
YKL-40 is one of mammalian chitnase members and secreted by macrophage, neutrocyte, chondrocyte, endotheliocyte ,vascular smooth muscle cell and some entity tumor cells. Immunohistochemical assay has found that YKL-40 is expressed in many human tissues with a varying degree. In healthy young group ,the expression of serum YKL-40 is in low level and has no deference between male and female. Studies suggest that there are a high expression of YKL-40 protein in the peri- toneum of peritoneal endometriosis, eutopic and eetopie endometrium of adenomyosis ,ovarian cancer tissues and endometrial cancer tissues. Serum YKL-40 is elevated in ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and cervical cancer and is related with short- ened survival, elevated serum YKL-40 level before treatment indicates a poor prognosis.
