摘要
为考察和比较整体夹套结构与半圆管夹套结构聚酯终缩聚釜内筒的径向变形,用ANSYS进行设计工况下的强度和变形分析.结果表明,虽然整体夹套结构聚酯终缩聚釜耗材较多,但内筒径向变形较小.建议采用T形加强圈提高半圆管夹套结构聚酯终缩聚釜中内筒刚度,减小内筒径向变形.
To study and compare the radial deformation of the inner cylinders of two polyester final polymerization autoclaves with whole shell jacket or se,nicirele pipe jacket, the strength and detbrmation under design conditions are analyzed by ANSYS. The results show that, although the polyester final polymerization autoclave with whole shell jacket consumes more material, the radial deformation of inner cylinder is smaller. A T-shape stiffening ring is proposed to increase the stiffness and decrease the radial deformation for the inner cylinder of polyester final polymerization autoclaves with semicircle pipe jacket.
