Effect of sensory reeducation on restoration of sensation of the replanted digits

目的 探讨断指再植成活后促进再植指感觉功能恢复的训练方法。方法 对 2 1例 3 0个成活的再植指 (训练组 ) ,于术后 4周开始进行专门的感觉再教育训练 ,共作 16周。另选 2 2例 3 2个再植指作为对照组 ,不作任何感觉再教育训练。两组术后平均随访 9.3个月 ,均以最后 1次随访时测试患指指端的两点分辨觉 ( 2 PD)为统计数据。结果 感觉训练组两点分辨觉的距离明显小于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 再植指成活后进行专门的感觉再教育训练 ,有助于患指感觉功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the methods for promoting sensory restoration after digital replantation. Methods 21 patients with 30 replanted digits were involved in the training group, who received a 16 week program of sensory reeducation started 4 weeks after the operation. Another 22 cases with 32 replanted digits served as control without any sensory reeducation postoperatively. Over an average of 9.3 months' follow up, both groups were evaluated by two-point discrimination (2 PD) at the fingertip. Results The distance of 2 PD in the training group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01). Conclusions Sensory reeducation plays an important role in improving sensory recovery of replanted digits.
