Discussion on short-term optimal scheduling rules of cascade hydropower stations in different operation modes

摘要 梯级水电站群短期优化调度要求梯级水电站群在充分利用水资源以及考虑相应约束的基础上,考虑如何分配负荷及水资源,使得整个梯级发电利益最大化。本文采用梯级蓄能最大模型,通过合理拟定多种条件下的梯级来水和负荷任务要求,给出了乌江梯级短期日优化调度的蓄放水优先次序,在实际调度过程中,决策者可以结合上述蓄放水原则,合理制定梯级日调度计划,最大程度上提高梯级电站的短期运行效益。 Short-term optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations is to maximize the total benefit of power generation by all the stations through adjusting load distribution and allocating water resources with consideration of effective use of water resources under various constraints.This paper presents an optimal daily scheduling of short-term storage and rules of water-releasing priorities for the Wu River cascade that was developed through calculations of the operation under various runoff conditions and different load mission requirements with a model of stairs storage maximization.Reservoir manager can combine these rules to schedule and establish suitable steps of daily scheduling for improvement on the short-term generation benefit to the maximum extent.
