摘要
本公司研制了一种提高动物免疫力的中药口服液-归芪饮,主要由黄芪、当归等6味中药组成,其主要有效成分为黄芪甲苷和多糖。为了提高药效,对其进行提取工艺的优化。以加水量,煎煮时间和煎煮次数为考察对象,以黄芪甲苷含量,总多糖含量和干膏率为评价指标进行考察。试验结果表明10倍水量(第一次多加2倍量水),煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.0h为最佳提取工艺。
Our company had studied an oral liquid named Gui Qiyin which could improved animals' immunity. The preparation has six components and its main components are Astragalus mongholicus and Angelica sinensis. The preparation's active ingredient is Astragaloside and polysaccharide. For enhancing the effect, we decided to optimize extraction process. We adjust water addition, decocting time and decocting times, and we decide the final extraction process by content of astragaloside, content of polysaccharide and dry extract yield. The result shows that the best extraction process is 10 times water addition (at first adding 2 times water), 3 times decocting times and an hour at each decocting.
