氟苯尼考纯度及其相关理化性能测定

Determination of Florfenicol Purity and Its Physico-chemical Properties

氟苯尼考是氯霉素的氟化衍生物,为动物专用药,因具有抗菌谱广,吸收良好,体内分布广,无潜在再生障碍性贫血的副作用,使用安全,作为兽药和饲料添加剂在兽医临床上广泛应用。本文通过对所选取的氟苯尼考粉进行理化指标检测,为实际生产应用提供参考和依据。试验根据《中华人民共和国农业部公告600号标准》,对样品含量、熔点、酸度等进行检测。试验结果表明:测定的氟苯尼考含量为99.7%,其熔点、比旋度、酸度等检测指标均符合国家的相关规定。其产品性能稳定,具有广泛的市场应用价值。
