摘要 建立超声波辅助萃取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定化妆品中硫氯酚含量的分析方法。试样经饱和氯化钠溶液分散,乙腈超声提取后,以甲醇-乙腈-乙酸铵缓冲溶液为流动相,经C18柱分离后进行HPLC检测。硫氯酚在0.5~25 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.999。5、10、50 mg/kg 3个浓度加标水平的平均回收率为95.2%~103.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.18%~2.55%,检出限为1.2 mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、定量准确。 A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with ultrasonic wave extraction was de- veloped for the determination of bithionol in cosmetics. The samples were dispersed with saturated sodium chloride so- lution, and extracted with acetonitrile under ultrasonication. The separation of bithionol was carried out on a C18 col- umn using methanol - acetonitrile - ammonium acetate buffer as mobile phase. For the bithionol, the calibration curve was linear between 0.5 to 25 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0. 999. The mean recoveries at spiked levels of 5,10,50 mg/kg were in the range of 95.2% - 103.6% ,RSDs(n =6)of 1.18% -2.55%. The lim- it of detection was 1.2 mg/kg. The method was sensitive, reproducible and accurate.
