An Analysis on the Development History and Trend of Chinese Adult Higher Education Institutions since the Seventh Five-Year Plan

自1986年开始,我国成人高等教育办学机构进入了改革与发展的新时期。本文主要系统地阐述了"七五"以来,我国成人高等教育办学机构在办学重点转移、管理体制改革、办学体制变革、技术手段革新等方面取得的进展和存在的问题,并就其今后发展的基本走势进行了展望。

Chinese adult higher education institutions have undergone a new period of reform and development since 1986. This paper gives a whole review of the progress and problems on the shift of school focus, the reform of management system, the change of school running system, the innovation of the technological means since the Seventh Five - Year Plan. And also looks into their future development.
