摘要
我国正在进行创新型国家建设,要求高校培养大批创新人才。法学通识课程在创新人才培养中具有重要功能,它有利于激发创新欲望、形成创新思维、培养创新精神。要实现法学平台课程在创新人才培养中的功能,就要明确课程教学原则、更新课程教学内容、优化课程教学方式,从而提高课程教学质量。
Our country has now been constructing an innovative country, so our university should cultivate a great number of innovative talents. Common curriculum of law is very important for training innovative talents, helping to stimulate the innovational desire, develop the innovational thought, and cultivate the initiative spirit. To accomplish the function of common curriculum of law in training innovative talents, the teaching principle should be identified, the teaching content should be renewed, and the teaching mode should be optimized, to improve the teaching quality of common curriculum of law.
