摘要
目的了解两种不同充填材料与牙界面致龋菌的附着量,为选择充填材料提供参考依据。方法收集30颗新鲜的离体前磨牙,随机分成3组,空白对照组、A组及B组,将A、B两组于颊侧制备V类洞。分别采用银汞、Beautiful氟化玻璃聚合体2种材料充填。将各样本置于变异链球菌悬浮液中培养24 h。采集样本单位面积界面处的细菌,稀释,测量光密度值(A)。结果各组界面的细菌附着量之间相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Beautiful氟化玻璃聚合体在龋齿的充填方面优于银汞合金。
Objective To study the counting of S. mutans adhesion to the interface of two materials and the teeth in vitro, which pro- vides references for selection of filling materials of the teeth. Methods Thirty premolars, which were extracted freshly, were selected. A to- tal of 20 teeth prepared with Class V shaped cavity were divided into two groups. Cavities in groups A, B were filled with amalgam and Beau- tiful light - cere fluoride releasing dental restorative material. Another l0 teeth were as the control group. All teeth were put in the suspension of streptococcus mutans, 37 ℃ for 24h. The bacterias were collected and diluted, and then the OD value was measured. Results The count- ings of S. mutans of 3 groups were different ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was enormous difference between the group of the Beautiful light - cere fluor- ide releasing dental restorative material and amalgam ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Beautiful light - cere fluoride releasing dental restorative ma- terial's nature is better than amalgam's as the filling material.
