两种品牌的分离胶促凝管对甲状腺功能五项检测值影响的比对研究

Comparability of results on five terms of thyroid gland function by two brands' gel-separating and coagulation-promoting vacuum tube

目的探索两种品牌的分离胶促凝管对甲状腺功能五项(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH)检测值的影响。方法用Centaur发光分析仪对两种品牌的分离胶促凝管采集的标本进行甲状腺功能五项的检测,以空白管做对照。结果两种品牌的分离胶促凝管对甲状腺功能五项的检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种品牌的分离胶促凝管在甲状腺功能五项的检测结果上,差异无统计学意义,可以认为二者实质等同。

Objective To observe the influence of two brands＇gel - separating and coagulating vacuum tubes on five terms of thyroid gland function （ T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH）. Methods Compared to blank tube, five terms of thyroid gland function were tested using the se- rum stored in two brands＇gel - separating and coagulating vacuum tubes. Results Two brands＇gel - separating and coagulating vacuum tubes had no statistically different effect on five terms of thyroid gland function（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Two brands^el - separating and coagula- tint vacuum tubes have no obvious difference in testing five terms of thyroid gland function, which can be considered the same virtually.
