冠心病患者脂蛋白(a)同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白的检测及临床意义 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨血清脂蛋白[LP(a)]、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的检测在冠心病患者中的临床意义。方法对142例冠心病患者[稳定型心绞痛(SAP)58例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)49例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)35例]LP(a)、Hcy及Hs-CRP血清水平用免疫抑制法进行检测;并与正常对照组的50例健康体检者进行比较分析。结果冠心病组血清LP(a)、Hcy和Hs-CRP水平显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SAP组和UAP组血清LP(a)、Hcy和Hs-CRP水平显著低于AMI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAP组血清LP(a)、Hcy和Hs-CRP水平显著低于UAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清LP(a)、Hcy和Hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.85,0.76,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清LP(a)、Hcy和Hs-CRP水平对患者疾病诊断、治疗及判断预后具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of serum levels of lipoprotein a [ LP(a) ], homocysteine (Hcy) and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein( Hs - CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The serum levels of LP(a) , Hcy and Hs - CRP of 142 CHD patients including 58 stable angor pectoris (SAP) patients, 49 unstable angor pectoris (UAP) patients and 35 a- cute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients were measured by means of immune suppression method and compared with those of 50 healthy peo-pie as the normal control. Results The serum levels of LP( a), Hey and Hs - CRP of CHD group were significantly higher than those of nor- mal control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The serum levels of LP( a), Hcy and Hs -CRP of SAP group and UAP group were significantly lower than those of the AMI group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The serum levels of LP( a), Hcy and Hs - CRP of SAP group were significantly lower than those of UAP group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of LP( a), Hcy and Hs - CRP were positively correlated ( r = 0.85, 0.76, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Detection of serum levels of LP( a), Hcy and Hs - CRP in CHD patients for disease diagnosis , treatment and prognosis is of great significance.
