摘要
从矿山废水富集分离再经紫外诱变筛选出突变菌株2#,此菌株降解黄原酸盐的最佳条件为:在pH为10,温度为30℃,振荡速率120 r/min,有光照,接种量为10%时能高效降解黄药,降解率可达78.1%,CODCr去除率达到66.2%。研究发现Pb2+和Zn2+对菌株生长和降解黄药均有抑制作用,前者的抑制作用更强。当加入0.2 g/L的葡萄糖时可大大提高菌对黄原酸盐的降解率。
Bacterial strain 2# was obtained from mining wastewater xanthates-degrading strain mutated by the technique of UV-induced,the examination of degradation strain 2# were conducted in the further studies. The result showed that characteristics of the strain 2# can highly degrade xanthates and the biodegradation rates were above78.1%.In pH is 10.0 definite values, The optimum temperature and shaking speed of xanthate degrading are 30℃ and 120 r/min,under the illuminationand the bacterial consortium is 10%(volume percent), and when the concentration of xanthate is 100 mg/L, 66.2% of CODCr were removed, 82.1% of xanthate were removed. The results showed that the ions of Zn2+,Pb2+both restrain the biodegradation on xanthate, and the latter stronger. Adding the glucose at the concentration of 0.2 g/L could greatly enhance degrading efficiency.
