EVA对无卤阻燃聚烯烃复合材料性能的影响

摘要 分别采用直接共混法和母料共混法向聚烯烃/氢氧化铝(镁)中添加乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)制备无卤阻燃聚烯烃复合材料,研究了母料法和乙酸乙烯酯(VA)含量对复合材料力学性能及其加工性能的影响。结果表明:随着VA含量的增加材料的断裂能和屈服强度随之提高,平衡扭矩降低,阻燃性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。当VA含量为35%时材料的断裂能值达到1.48J、屈服强度为4.54MPa、断裂伸长率为218.12%、拉伸强度则达到7.86MPa、平衡扭矩降到了14.3N·m、氧指数(LOI)达到28。采用母料法制备的复合材料共混效果优于直接法,并且与直接法制备的复合材料相比拉伸强度、断裂伸长率有很大程度地提高。 The halogen-free and flame retardant composites have been prepared through added ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to polyolefin AI(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 by direct mixing and masterbateh blending method. And the effect of masterbatch blending method and different vinyl acetate (VA) contents on the mechanical properties and processing performance of the composites has been investigated in this paper. The resuits showed that the fracture energy and yield strength increased, but the balance torque reduced with the increasing of VA contents, as well as the flame retardancy increased first and then reduced with the increasing of VA contents. The fracture energy reached 1.48 J, yield strength was 4.54 MPa, elongation at break was 218.12%, tensile strength reached 7.86 MPa, balance torque down to 14.3 N-m and oxygen index was 28 while the content of VA was 35wt%. Compared with direct blending effect, not only blending effect ,but tensile strength and elongation at break were significantly improved.
