智能交通中的视频压缩技术研究

摘要 介绍了视频压缩的现状,通过深入研究视频压缩算法,提出了智能交通中的视频压缩算法。针对运动对象研究实现了帧间基于运动补偿压缩编码及帧内变换编码的混合编码系统,使视频压缩得到理想的效果。 This paper introduces the current situation of video compression, through delving into the calculating method of video compression, puts forward calculating method for video compression in intelligent transportation. Aiming at the moving object, the study accomplishes a mixed coding system for both Inter-Frame compression coding based on motion- compensated and coding change in Intra-Frame, finally make the video compression technique achieve ideal processing ef- fects.
