摘要
儿茶酚胺是一种含有儿茶酚和胺基的神经类物质,包括去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和多巴胺.儿茶酚胺的分析测定在医学临床应用和生物学研究方面具有重要的意义.综述了近30年来化学修饰电极在儿茶酚胺物质的电化学测定中的应用,这种方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确的特点.
Catecholamine, including epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine, is a kind of neurotransmit- ters with cateehols and amino groups. Its determination is very significant in clinical application and biological re- search. The application research on chemical modified electrode in determination of catecholamine neurotransmitter was reviewed in recent thirty years. The method is simple, quick, sensitive and accurate.
