摘要
以MS培养基为基本培养基,半边莲的幼嫩茎为外植体,研究了不同激素浓度对半边莲组织培养的影响.在初代培养中,当6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)质量浓度为0.5 mg/L,萘乙酸(NAA)质量浓度为0mg/L的时候,茎的出芽率达到75%.在生根培养中,当NAA为0.8 mg/L时,根的生长势最好.驯化移栽时,半边莲的成活率达到100%.
The MS culture mediums with different concentrations of 6 - BA and NAA were used in the culture. The stems of Lobelia Chinensis were used as explants for tissue culture and the effects of different concentrations of phytohormones on tissue culture were studied. The results showed that combination of MS + 6 - BA 0.5mg/L + NAA 0mg/L was the best for induction of the bud and the germination rate was75%. The rooting test result indica- ted that when NAA was 0.8mg/L, the fresh growing trend of root was best. The survival rate of Lobelia Chinensis a- chieved 100% when the experiment of domesticated transplant was taken .
