安徽省高校篮球人才培养现状与对策研究

The Current Situation and Countermeasure Study of the College Basketball Personnel Training in Anhui Province

对安徽省高校篮球人才培养的现状进行了调查研究.结果表明:目前安徽省高校培养的篮球教学人才呈减少趋势;培养的篮球科研人才、篮球社会指导员、高水平篮球运动员人数不多;培养的篮球裁判员、篮球教练员、篮球管理人员职业化程度不高.应改变安徽省篮球大环境,增加高级别的篮球赛事,提高篮球人才的就业机会等.

This paper gave the investigation and analysis about the college basketball personnel training status in Anhui Province. The result shows that：at present,it tends to decrease of basketball teaching personnel training , the training number is small of basketball scientific research personnel, basketball social instructor and high level basketball players, the professional level is not high of basketball referees, basketball coaches and basketball man- agers. We should change the basketball environment, increase high -level basketball tournament and increase bas- ketball talent jobs.
