摘要
分析我国孕前保健的现状及存在的问题,提高人们对孕前保健的知晓度,呼吁人们及社会重视孕前保健,开展孕前保健服务,降低新生儿出生缺陷率,从而提高我国整体人口质量。
It analyzed the status quo and existing problems of preconcep- tion care in China, so as to enhance people＇s awareness for preconception care. It calls on people think highly of preconception care and carry out pre- conception care, so as to reduce the rate of newborn birth defects and then to improve the overall population quality in China.
