Livin蛋白在人胃癌中的表达研究 被引量：1

摘要 胃癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤，其早期诊断率低，进展期胃癌放、化疗效果不佳。Livin是新近发现的一个凋亡抑制蛋白（IAP）家族成员，与多种肿瘤密切相关。特异的高表达于某些实体肿瘤组织和肿瘤细胞系，能抑制许多凋亡刺激剂诱发的细胞凋亡，本研究采用免疫组织化学方法对胃癌组织中Livin表达情况进行研究。
