本文介绍了晚会抽奖系统的设计思路和基本原理。结合VB语言和Access数据库,通过软件系统的开发,实现了符合随机性和公正性原理的抽奖。
This paper introduces the design ideas and basic principles of the evening party lottery system. Through the development of software systems,conbined with VB and Access database,a lottery complied with the principle of random and impartiality is realized.
