摘要
近些年来,随着市场经济的快速发展,企业所面临的竞争形势也日益严峻,企业管理效率的提升也随之成为了影响其综合竞争力的主要因素。人力资源管理作为企业管理活动的重要组成部分,也受到了越来越多的重视。然而,在市场经济条件下,企业人力资源管理存在着不足与问题,需采用转变人力资源管理理念、优化人力资源配置、提高人力资源整体素质、创建企业技术创新机制、完善薪酬制度及激励机制等策略加以改进。
