肾康注射液与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞抑制作用的对比研究

CONTRAST STUDY ON THE INHIBITION EFFECTS OF SHENKANG INJECTION AND BENAZEPRIL ON HUMAN GLOMERULAR MESANGIAL CELL

目的：探讨肾康注射液与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞（ＭＣ）增殖的不同抑制作用强度。方法：采用 体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术，观察具有降逆泄浊、益气活血作用的中药肾康注射液及苯那普利对ＭＣ增 殖的影响。结果：肾康注射液与苯那普利对ＭＣ增殖均具有抑制作用，但二者的作用强度有一定的差异。结 论：在等效剂量浓度下，肾康注射液对ＭＣ的抑制作用优于苯那普利。

Objective:To explore the intensity of inhibition function of Shenkang injection(SKI) and Benazepril on the proliferation of human glomerular mesangial cell(MC). Mehtods:The effect of SKI(a herbal prescription of traditional Chinese medicines,having the function of lowering adverse rise of energy and dispelling turbid evil and supplementing Qi and activating circulation) and Benazepril on the proliferation of human MC was observed by using the MC cultu red in virto. Result:Both SKI and Benazepril could inhibit the proliferation of human MC,but there was certain discrepancy in the intensity of inhibi- tion function of the both. Conclusion :In equal dose consistency,SKI was superior to Benazepril on the inhibition the proliferation of MC.
