摘要 固体钽电容器阴极二氧化锰被覆是通过反复多次浸渍硝酸锰溶液热解生成的,溶液由稀到浓。本文使用高比容FTW100K的钽粉规格为6.3V33μF-A壳产品进行阴极二氧化锰被覆的试验。稀硝酸锰溶液(比重1.15g/mL)和浓硝酸锰溶液(比重1.86g/mL)分别添加不同重量比硝酸铵,通过每组试验样品的电容量、损耗(DF)、等效串联电阻(ESR)和漏电流四个电性参数数据均值得出硝酸锰溶液添加硝酸铵对钽电容器电性影响非常大。稀硝酸锰溶液添加2%(重量比)硝酸铵老炼后容量最大,损耗、ESR和漏电流都最小;浓硝酸锰溶液添加硝酸铵能大幅度减少损耗和ESR,比没添加硝酸铵产品低一半以上,但是硝酸铵添加到2%(重量比)以后漏电流会增大。 Solid tantalum capacitor cathode manganese dioxide coating is through dipping manganese nitrate solution again and again,the solution is from dilute to concentrated .The manganese dioxide coating experiments are through using high CV tantalum powders (FTWIOOK) 6.3V33λF-A size products in this paper.Mainly ammonium nitrate of different weight ratioes is added to dilute (specific gravity is 1.15g/mL) and concentrated (specific gravity is 1.86g/mL) manganese nitrate solution.The capacitance,dissipation factor(DF),equivalent series resistance (ESR) and DC leakage current of four electrical performences are measured in every experiment.The overage value of datas reflects that the influence of ammonium nitrate in the manganese nitrate solution on the electrical performance of tantalum capacitors is very big.The capacitance is the maximum after aging,and DF,ESR, leakage current are the minimum when ammonium nitrate is added to 2%(by weight) in the dilute manganese nitrate solution. The DF and ESR can be reduced greatly by adding ammonium nitrate in the concentrated manganese nitrate solution,the DF and ESR are lower more than half than products of having no ammonium nitrate.But, the leakage current will increase when ammonium nitrate is added to more than 2% (by weight).
