The Innovation Investigation Report on the Public Security Management for Special Industry in Sichuan

特种行业随着社会经济的发展发生了很大的变化,治安管理出现了很多新情况、新问题。为了使特种行业治安管理更好地服从和服务于经济建设,调查研究特种行业管理中出现的新情况、新问题是强化特种行业治安管理的根本,是建立和完善特种行业治安管理法律法规的基础。课题组重点调查了我省当前旅馆业、印章业、废旧金属收购业、开锁业四个方面的现状和问题,并从理论上进行了分析研究,创新性地提出了一些解决问题的措施和方法。

With the great changes in special industry, there are many new situations and new problems appearing in public security management. In order to achieve better management and serve wen for the economic construction, from investigation research, the fundamental issues are to strengthen the public security management, to establish and improve the law and regulation base for special industry security management. Our research group focus on investigation of present situation and the problems in four aspects： hotels, seal industry, the industry for the acquisition of scrap metal and the unlocking industry, carry on the theoretical research analysis and propose some measures and methods to solve these problems.
