摘要
新世纪以来加强高校科技工作者党建工作凸显紧迫性。加强高校科技工作者党建工作是巩固党执政基础的迫切需要，是提高党执政能力的迫切需要，是党代表先进生产力的迫切需要，是规避高校科技工作者科研不端的迫切需要；是矫正研究生阶段师生关系异化的迫切需要。
Strengthening party building among scientists and technicians in universities is becoming more and more important. It is essential for us to strengthen the work of party building among scientists andtechnicians in universities in order to solidify the base for the party, improve the ability of administration of the party and to correct alienation relationship between teachers and students at the stage of postgraduate.
