摘要
本文在现有专利基础上,对工作轮的运动特性以及冲击块工作过程中的受力和运动情况进行了分析,并对冲击振动压实机分体式冲击轮的振动部分和冲击部分进行了具体的设计计算,最后得到了样机工作时主要的技术参数。分析计算的结果为该冲击轮进一步的动力学分析和压实效果分析以及压路机整机设计提供了理论基础和参考依据。
This article analyzed the motion characteristic of job roller, the process of work force and the motion of impact block on the basis of the existent patent. The roller split-type wheel of the composite roller of impacting and vibration were designed and calculated, then the main technical parameter of model machine were got. The results of analysis and calculation can provide theoretical basis and reference for further dynamics analysis and compaction effect analysis of the impact wheel and the design of whole roller machine.
