直缝焊管裂纹扩展过程有限元数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 采用扩展有限元方法,基于ABAQUS软件平台来模拟研究直缝焊管裂纹扩展过程,可以模拟出在内压作用下裂纹扩展的整个过程,得到裂纹扩展过程中裂纹尖端的应力云图以及裂纹尖端的应力场云图及应力强度因子;而对于多裂纹问题,能够通过数值模拟得出小裂纹扩展成大裂纹的整个过程。 The crack propagation process of longitudinally welded pipes was simulated based on the ABAQUS soft- ware platform, and the whole process of crack propagation under internal pressure could be simulated. The crack- tip stress cloud in the process of crack propagation was acquired, as well as the crack tip stress field imageries and the stress intensity factor through extended finite element method. As for multiple crack problems, the entire process of expanding small crack propagation to large crack propagation can be derived through numerical simulation.
