摘要
综合机械化采煤使用的成套设备,主要包括采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架以及转载机、破碎机、带式输送机和乳化液泵站等.这些设备并不是孤立的单机,而是具有很高的配套要求和很强的可靠性要求.依据李村煤矿的地质情况和煤层赋存状况的特点,应用工程类比的方法,对工作面的综采设备进行了分析和计算,并且在使综采设备间满足结构上相互联系,功能上相互匹配,运动上相互协调的配套前提下,确定了李村煤矿的综采设备.
The complete set of equipments in the fully mechanized mining methods mainly include coal cutter, hydraulic support, transfer machine, crusher, belt conveyor and emulsion pump station ,which are not equipment units separated from each others ,but a system of high matching and strong reliability. According to the geological conditions and coal seam occurrence characters of Li Cun coal mine, the equipment selection on the fully mechanized face were analyzed and calculated by using engineering analogy method. And the fully mechanized equipments of Li Cun coal mine are identified under the premise of the equipments fit to meet correlation in structure, function matching and mutual coordination in motion.
