摘要
利用BaO-BaCl2(BaF2)-Fe2O3系熔剂,对含铌铁水进行氧化脱磷处理,研究了含铌铁水脱磷过程中铌磷的氧化行为,以及氧化剂加入量、助熔剂类型和温度等对铌、磷氧化的影响。实验结果表明,在铁水脱磷过程中铌也发生氧化.
Experiments on the dephosphorization of niobium-bearing hot metal were carrired out using BaO based flux. The oxidation behavior of niobium in the niobium-bearing hot metal during dephosphorization process was explored, and the effect of oxidizer addition , flux type and temperature on the oxidation of phosphorus and niobium was investigated. The experimental results show that the oxidation of niobium takes place in the dephosphorization process of hot metal.
