摘要 基于ANSYS,分别使用高斯热源模型和分段热源模型对金属结构件的焊接过程进行了有限元模拟,使用单元生死技术模拟焊接材料的生成,并考虑了相变潜热对温度场的影响.本文先计算温度场,然后把温度场作为载荷来计算结构场,得到残余变形和应力的分布,从而实现焊接过程的温度场、残余应力和残余变形的三维动态模拟.结果表明:利用分段热源模型能够在保证计算精度的前提下,大大提高计算效率,明显缩短计算时间. Based on ANSYS software and by using the Gaussian heat source model and segmentation heat source model, the numerical simulation of welding process for structure pieces was carried out. The use of element killing or activating and phase-change temperature' s problem were described in the welding process, The distribution of residual stress field was obtained using the indirect method for the coupling calculation of the temperature field and the stress field, and the 3D dynamic simulation of the temperature field, residual stress and deformation in the welding process was realized. Meanwhile it is found that the efficiency of calculation was raised significantly and the time of calculation was shorten obviously while using segmentation heat source with high degree accuracy of calculation.
