装备制造企业融资租赁决策影响因素的实证分析

高端装备制造业是国家"十二五"规划提出的战略性新兴产业七大领域之一,装备制造企业对国民经济的发展起着支撑服务的作用。融资租赁作为一种新型的经济运作模式,能够把工业、金融、贸易三者紧密有效地结合起来,为我国装备制造业与金融行业搭建起互动的桥梁。文章分析了装备制造企业在进行融资租赁决策时所考虑的因素。通过选择上市公司数据作二元logistic回归分析,对装备制造企业融资租赁进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the equipment manufacturing enterprise in the financing lease decisions by considering factors. By selecting the binary logistic regression analysis on data of listed companies, financial leasing of equipment manufacturing enterprises are discussed in this paper.
