摘要
讨论了彩色 PDP显示单元工作时 VUV的测试原理与方法。通过建立以真空紫外光谱仪和电信号处理接口为核心的专用测试系统 ,实现了对 AC-PDP显示样板的 VUV强度和分布进行动态测试。在不同工作压强下 ,进行了 Ne、Xe混合气体 PDP显示单元工作状态的测试 ,得到了 VUV辐射曲线 ,147nm、15 2 nm和 173nm三条 VUV辐射相对强度的典型值是 :30∶ 12∶
The measuring principle and method of vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) for color PDP cells had been discussed. By establishing the special measuring system equipped with VUV spectrophotometer and electronic signal process interface, the dynamical intensity and distribution of VUV in AC PDP cells were measured. The intensity of VUV in PDP cells filled with gas mixture of Ne and Xe was determined under different working pressure. The typical values of the relative intensity of three VUV, i. e. 147 nm, 152 nm and 173 nm,were 30∶12∶13.
