摘要
目前,煤矿一线员工大多经过了基层锻炼,拥有丰富实践经验,却缺乏系统专业知识,给企业技术创新和科技攻关带来不少困难。因此,加强人才队伍建设需要我们长期不懈的努力。
Though front-line employees has basic experience, lacking the systematic theoretical knowledge brings difficulties to innovate technology and tackle technical problems. Wo should strive to strengthen personnel development comprehensively.
