随着我国的房地产建筑行业的迅速发展,施工建筑队伍不断发展壮大,出现了许多的工程质量问题,这为国民经济的发展和人民生命财产的安全带来了严重的威胁。文章就建筑施工工程中存在的质量问题进行了分析,并提出加强建筑施工工程质量管理和控制的措施,以便于提高建筑工程的质量水平,促进和推动建筑施工行业健康、稳定、良性的发展。

With the development of real estate and building team is becoming strong, there are lots of quality problems which threaten to national economy and people＇ s lives and property. This paper analyzes quality problems existing in construction and raises countermeasures to improve construction quality and control to make construction industry develop soundly.
