企业文化建设是我国社会主义文化建设的重要内容,集中体现企业的主体价值和精神风貌,是企业凝聚力、创造力和竞争力的重要源泉,是企业核心竞争力中最重要的软实力。在企业机制体制改革的新形势下,在追求思维观念和管理创新的同时,如何充分发挥思想政治工作在企业管理中的作用,这是思想政治工作者亟待解决的问题。文章就此进行了论述。

Building enterprise culture, an important part to develop socialist culture, embodies subject values and spirit. It is also the source of cohesion, creativity and competitiveness and it＇ s also a soft power for core competence. This paper shows under the new situation of system reform of enterprises and innovation of thinking and management, it is urgent for enterprisers to play the role of ideological and political work.
