高职酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习情况调查研究

The Investigation and Research on the Students’ Internship in the Hotel Management Major of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育有序健康的发展,促进了我国经济的高质量发展。如何在"工学结合,校企合作"理念的实施中,更有效地解决高职院校酒店管理专业学生在顶岗实习过程中存在的许多问题,是专业建设的一项重要工作。针对目前国内学生顶岗实习过程中的实际情况,该专业应落实好"四合,四共"校企合作模式,以做好酒店管理专业学生的顶岗实习工作。

The ordered and healthy development of higher vocational education has promoted the high-quality development of Chinese economy. How to solve the problems existing in the process of the students＇ internship in the hotel management major of higher vocational colleges is one important job for the major＇s construction in the advancement and implementation of the ideas of ＂Work-inte- grated Learning, and School-enterprise Cooperation＂. According to the current situation in the process of students＇ internship, the hotel management major in higher vocational colleges should carry out the school-enterprise cooperation model of ＂Four Cooperation, and Four Commonality＂ to improve the students＇ internship in the hotel management major.
