客户费力度视角下饭店服务创新路径研究

摘要 客户费力度是衡量顾客服务体验的最新研究成果,较之传统的顾客满意度更易操作。研究证实,客户费力度往往与顾客忠诚度成反比关系。服务创新作为企业获取持续竞争优势的手段之一,往往也被作为吸引顾客的重要途径,然而饭店业界现有服务创新活动往往以追求极致、个性或奢华为落脚点,因此,如何降低客户费力度,应引起所有饭店企业的重视。
