In this modem world, under the background of multiple values and social transformation,it is an im- portant and urgent task to strengthen medical ethics education for medical staff. The goal of medical ethics education unrelated to life greatly reduces the effect of the medical ethics education, so do the medical ethics education content which is too knowledgeable and the mode which is too formalized. Only the medical ethics education based on the life can cause medical personnel＇s resonance and identity, can cultivate moral development of the medical staff, and change our life.
