背阔肌肌瓣在肉芽肿性乳腺炎治疗中的应用

Application of Latissimus dorsi muscle flap in treatment of granulomatous mastitis

目的:探究转移带蒂背阔肌肌瓣修复肉芽肿性乳腺炎治疗乳腺缺损的临床效果。方法:选择26例行手术治疗的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者,行单纯肿块切除或乳腺区段切除联合转移带蒂背阔肌肌瓣修复乳腺缺损,对其手术效果进行回顾性分析。结果:单纯肿块切除或乳腺区段切除联合转移带蒂背阔肌肌瓣修复整形治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎,既完整切除病灶乳房外形又得以良好恢复。结论:转移带蒂背阔肌肌瓣修复肉芽肿性乳腺炎术后乳腺缺损是一种安全有效的手术方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical repairing effects on breast defect of granulomatous mastitis by transfer pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed the clinical effects of 26 patients with granulomatous mastitis, received mass wide excision or lumpectomy, combined transfer pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap for breast defects.Result：Mass wide excision or lumpectomy, combined with transfer pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap for breast defects could achieve complete excision of the granulomatous mastitis lesion and have a good recovery.Conclusion：It is a Safe and effective surgical method for granulomatous mastitis by mass wide excision or lumpectomy, combined with transfer pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap for breast defects
