19例全瓷冠美观效果不满意临床分析

Dissatisfied clinical analysis of the aesthetic effect of 19 cases of all-ceramic crowns

目的:分析全瓷冠临床美观效果不满意的原因。方法:选择某医院2010年以来的牙科患者300例,遵照全瓷冠牙体预备的原则,设定各种全瓷牙修复参数,选择树脂作为粘接剂,分析全瓷冠的美观效果。结果:出现19例对美观效果不满意的患者。结论:全瓷冠美观效果不满意原因有:全瓷材料的选择、牙体的预备量、全瓷牙的背景色、颜色特征的把握与传递、粘接材料的种类和颜色以及前牙美学标准的实践等。

Objective：Analyze the reasons of the dissatisfied clinical aesthetic effect of all-ceramic crown. Methods： Selected 300 cases of dental patients since 2008, set a variety of all-ceramic dental restoration parameters, in compliance with the principle of all-ceramic crown preparation, choice of resin as a bonding agent, analysis the aes-thetic effect of the all-ceramic crowns. Results： 19 cases of patients are not satisfied with the aesthetic effect. Conclu- sion： The reasons of all-ceramic crowns aesthetic effect are not satisfied with： the choice of all-ceramic materials, the preparation of the tooth, the background color of all-ceramic dental,the color characteristics grasping and passing, bonding types of materials and colors, as well as the practice of front teeth aesthetic standards.
