维生素C联合1%硫酸锌糖浆治疗复发性口疮疗效观察

Combined vitamin C 1% zinc sulfate syrup clinical observation on treatment of recurrent aphtha

目的:观察维生素C联合硫酸锌糖浆治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效。方法:选择复发性口疮100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组采用维生素C糊剂局部溃疡面烧灼和口服1%硫酸锌糖浆,对照组口服维生素C片和维生素B2片,比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组显效35例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率94%;对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效25例,总有效率50%。两组总有效率比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:维生素C联合1%硫酸锌糖浆治疗复发性口疮疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of Vitmin C and zinc sulfate syrup in recurrent aphtha. Method： 100 patients with recurrent aphtha were randomly assigned to treatment group （Vitamin C external use ＋ 1% zinc sulfate syrup orally） and control group （Vitamin C ＋ Vitamin B orally） in a 1：1 manner. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results： In the treatment, 35 cases were dramatically effective, 12 were effective; overall effective rate was 94%. In the eontrl group, 10 cases were dramatically effective, 15 eases were effective; overall effective rate was 50%. The overall efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Combined treatment of Vittnin C and zinc sulfate syrup is effective in recurrent aphtha.
