外耳道乳头状瘤手术加微波治疗体会

Papilloma of external auditory canal operation combined with microwave treatment

目的:探讨外耳道乳头状瘤的治疗方法。方法:对30例外耳道乳头状瘤采用手术加微波治疗。结果:27例患者一次性治愈;3例经换药后治愈,无一例复发。结论:对于外耳道乳头状瘤采用手术加微波治疗,既能止血,又可预防复发。

Objective：To explore the effect of the treatment of papilloma of external auditory canal. Method：Thirty patients with papilloma of external auditory canal were treated with operation combined with microwave treatment. Re- suit：Twenty-seven cases were cured and three cases healed after dressing change. No relapse was observed after the operation.Conclusion：Papilloma of external auditory canal operation combined with microwave treatment can not only stop bleeding but also prevent the relapse of papilloma of external auditory canal.
