老年性鼻出血25例的护理体会

Nursing experience of 25 cases senile nose bleeding

目的:探讨老年性鼻出血患者的护理方法,进一步提高护理质量。方法:总结25例鼻出血住院患者的护理体会。结果:25例患者经有效治疗后全部治愈出院。结论:及时有效的止血对症治疗,做好心理疏导、细致的病情观察及合理的饮食护理、预防并发症等住院期间的护理是促进老年性鼻出血患者康复的重要内容。

Objective：to study the nursing of patients with senile nose bleeding method, in order to further improve the quality of nursing. Methods：to summarize 25 cases of hospitalized patients with nasal bleeding nursing experience. Results：25 cases of patients were cured by the effective treatment and discharged from hospital. Conclusion：timely and effective hemostatic symptomatic treatment, appropriate psychological counseling, careful observation and reasonable diet care, and prevention of complications is the key to promoting rehabilitation of the senile nose bleeding patients.
